  • York Square Water / Sewage

Please note: Unpaid balances are subject to penalty, administrative (notice)  fees and /or legal fees. Please check billing statement for rate increases.

Settlement Letters / No lien letter Requests:

Closing Agents : Please send requests and $35.00 payment to:

TCVCOG, PO BOX 778, Monroeville Pa 15146 

A return letter will be mailed back to requesting party.  If there is a delay between requests and closings please call for updated balances.  A letter and fee must be paid for any inquiries on accounts. Effective Jan 1 2026 all letters are $35.00

 

 

Billing for Municipalities

Turtle Creek Valley Council of Governments (TCVCOG) offers utility billing for refuse collection, sewage, and now also stormwater under the MS4 program.

Through the utility billing program, TCVCOG assumes the responsibility for: 

  • Managing municipal account data
  • Managing the individual municipal bank account
  • Sending bills and receiving payment
  • Answering questions from constituents about utility billing
  • Providing detailed collection reports to municipalities
