  • Notice: All applications / inspections become void thirty (30) days from date of application / inspection. No structure may be occupied prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.

  • Fees: Residential Inspections are $75.00 per unit. One reinspection will be conducted within 30 days for East McKeesport and Chalfant Boroughs only. Any reinspection for Turtle Creek Borough will require an additional $75.00 payment per unit.

    All additional inspections and or inspections after 30 days will require a new application and $75.00 fee.

  • Turtle Creek Borough (15145) Properties only: Before the house can be occupied, a Borough Occupant list application must be filled out and approved. The Occupant List application cost is $25.00. (Which is required for any change in occupancy) To receive the Occupant List application please contact Turtle Creek Borough at 412-824-2500. The occupant listing is a carbon copy which cannot be emailed or faxed. Copies will not be accepted.

  • Incomplete applications or obsolete forms will be rejected. The submit button will not appear below unless you selected 15035, 15112, 15145, or 15211 for the property address zip code.
