Fees: Residential Inspections are $75.00 per unit. One reinspection will be conducted within 30 days for East McKeesport and Chalfant Boroughs only. Any reinspection for Turtle Creek Borough will require an additional $75.00 payment per unit.

All additional inspections and or inspections after 30 days will require a new application and $75.00 fee.
Turtle Creek Borough (15145) Properties only: Before the house can be occupied, a Borough Occupant list application must be filled out and approved. The Occupant List application cost is $25.00. (Which is required for any change in occupancy) To receive the Occupant List application please contact Turtle Creek Borough at 412-824-2500. The occupant listing is a carbon copy which cannot be emailed or faxed. Copies will not be accepted.
Incomplete applications or obsolete forms will be rejected. The submit button will not appear below unless you selected 15035, 15112, 15145, or 15211 for the property address zip code.
